VIOLATION OF MEDIA ETHICS IN PAKISTAN

Its 20th century. In this era media is independant as compared to past. In past we struggled for freedom of speech, for this reason so many journalists were arrested and many press clubs were sealed, at last Pakistan got freedom of speech but we use freedom of media in a very wrong way. In daily life, we watch the news and reports that shouldn't broadcast on national TV. Such as Qandeel Baloch which was model by profession. She was brutualy murdered by her brother last year. According to media it was honour killing, as we know that she was popular for vulgarity. She took pictures with islamic scholar mufti Abdul Qawi and tried to build the negative impact of molvis and Islam across the world. Those pictures were viral on social media. Even, we saw those pictures in breaking news. After her murder we shouldn't raise this sensitive topic but its strange that there is a movie about her life named "BAAGHI". Famous Pakistani actress Saba Qamar will play the role of Qandeel in this feature film. I can't understand why we give so importance to that girl and represent her as a role model..
